Let's have some Pi...

It's Pi day everyone!!!!  It's Pi day! [In his best Steve Martin "The new phone books are here!" impersonation]

Created by Larry Shaw from the San Francisco Exploratorium, traditional Pi day celebrations involve walking in circles and consuming Pi pie.

Little known to the mainstream (I'm sure my wife doesn't celebrate it) but loved by Geeks everywhere, Pi day is celebrated on March 14 due to the correlation between the date represented as 3/14 and the commonly shortened format of Pi 3.14.

Learn more about Pi day at it's Wikipedia article or at Piday.org

The Big Bad BIM embraces his Geekdom and invites you to join him a virtual circular promenade, culminating in the consumption of many, many sectors of delicious Pi pie.

Special note: To attain Super Geekdom keep your Pi Day celebration to a Dull ROAR until March 14th, 2015 at 9:26:53 AM or 3/14/15 9:26:53... the first 10 digits of Pi (3.141592653.)  Now that party is gonna be off da chain!!!  Whoot! Whoot!
